Job summary

Fifth Estate Agency is seeking an entrepreneurial Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing digital brand services team in Pune. You will craft visually compelling motion graphics for ads, promos, and social content, translating ideas into tangible concepts and delivering high-quality work.

You will collaborate across disciplines, demonstrate strong animation skills, and contribute to building a top-tier client and project portfolio in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Strong eye for design and excellent animation skills.
• Proficient with the complete Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Demonstrated expertise in creating Motion Graphics for ads, promos and social content.
• Prior experience in an Advertising agency is preferred.
• Degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or Communication Design.
• Familiar with brand and design principles and assets development.

Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning motion graphics for advertisements, promos and social media content.
• Translate ideas into tangible design concepts and live visuals.
• Collaborate with team members including printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists to realize the design vision.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Present finalized concepts to clients or account managers with clear rationale.

The incumbent will be a skilled Motion Graphics Designer with a compelling portfolio of aesthetically pleasing, memorable, distinctive and most importantly effective creatives.

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive communication design
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, storyboarding and working on layouts
• Creating visually stunning and effective motion graphics for a variety of projects, including advertisements, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists to ensure the design vision is brought to life accurately.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of each design job.
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
• Making convincing and well-thought-through presentations of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
• Make recommendations for improvements in workflows, reporting and pitches of all design projects. Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• Be in sync with current design trends around the globe. Should have the ability to translate ideas into tangible design concepts.
• Keep abreast of latest developments in design principles as well as technology and educate peers through informal and formal discussions.

Competency

• The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent animation skills, and experience working with industry-standard software as well as raw footages.
• The candidate should be expertly proficient with the complete Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AI tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating Motion Graphics
• Prior experience in an Advertising agency is required.
• Degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Communication Design, or related fields.
• Familiar with and passionate about brand and design principles to collaborate with specialists in the development of all assets.
