Job summary

Integers Insights in Mumbai is seeking a fast, creative Visual & Motion Designer who can manage design requirements for 3–4 brands and deliver 3–4 creatives per day, keeping quality and consistency across campaigns.

You will produce static designs, motion graphics, reels and short videos, support social media planning and strategy, analyse performance, and apply AI image/video tools to enhance creativity while meeting tight deadlines; a strong portfolio is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and motion design.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with multiple AI creative tools.
• Strong multitasking, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly, handle feedback, and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio covering static designs, motion graphics, videos, and AI-generated work.
