Job summary

Idea Simplified is a Mumbai-based experiential IP creation & brand consulting agency. We seek a motion graphics specialist who can bring static logos or ideas to life with keyframes, lighting, textures, and prompts.

You’ll work across motion graphics, 3D design, and AI video to craft compelling visual stories for brands, with a focus on sharp transitions and on-brand execution. This role prioritizes showreel quality over lengthy CVs and offers a creative, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Showreel demonstrating motion graphics, 3D, and AI video work.
• Strong eye for transitions, lighting, textures and storytelling.
• Ability to turn static assets into dynamic, on-brand visuals.
• Familiar with AI tools used in video production.

Responsibilities

• Motion Graphics: Create motion graphics for social media, brand films, ads and presentations; animate logos, typography, infographics and brand elements; design transitions, titles and visual effects; turn static brand assets into motion systems.
• 3D Design: Build 3D models, product visualisations and animated product films; handle lighting, texturing and rendering; create 3D assets for social content, campaigns and brand communication.
• AI Video: Produce AI-generated videos for social content, ads and brand campaigns; write and refine prompts for consistent characters, styles and scenes; combine AI footage with motion graphics, 3D and live footage; keep up with new AI video tools and test what’s worth adding to workflow; ensure AI output stays on-brand and meets client quality standards; collaborate with strategists and copywriters; create styleframes and quick animatics; take feedback and deliver in the right formats; manage several projects simultaneously.

Most brand content moves. Very little of it moves people. Feeds are full of the same templates, the same transitions and the same AI videos that all look like they came from one prompt. We’re looking for someone who finds that boring and wants to do better: someone who can take a static logo, a product or a plain idea and make it move in a way people actually stop for, whether that means keyframes, a 3D render or an AI-generated scene. You don’t need a long CV. You need a showreel that makes us hit replay. If you think in keyframes, lighting setups and prompts, this one is for you.

What You’ll Do

Motion Graphics

• Create motion graphics for social media, brand films, ads and presentations
• Animate logos, typography, infographics and brand elements
• Design transitions, titles and visual effects for short-form video
• Turn static brand assets into motion systems that stay consistent across campaigns

3D Design

• Build 3D models, product visualisations and animated product films
• Handle lighting, texturing and rendering to a high standard
• Create 3D assets for social content, campaigns and brand communication

AI Video

• Produce AI-generated videos for social content, ads and brand campaigns
• Write and refine prompts to get consistent characters, styles and scenes across shots
• Combine AI footage with motion graphics, 3D and live footage into polished final edits
• Use AI tools to speed up concepting, storyboards, mood films and pitch visuals
• Keep up with new AI video tools and test what’s worth adding to our workflow
• Make sure AI output stays on-brand and meets client quality standards
• Work with strategists and copywriters to turn ideas into visual concepts
• Create styleframes and quick animatics before going into production
• Take feedback, revise fast and deliver in the right formats for each platform
• Manage several projects at once without dropping quality
