Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to produce compelling video content for digital campaigns.

You will collaborate with Creative, Account Management, Strategy, and Production teams to align visuals with brand objectives. The role targets professionals with 1–2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation, who are passionate about visual storytelling and hands-on with Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Film Production, Visual Communication, Mass Media, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or a similar creative role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, motion design, typography, colour grading, and audio editing.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing and motion graphics work is required.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and other marketing platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, text effects, transitions, and visual assets using Adobe After Effects.
• Collaborate with Creative, Design, Content, and Account Management teams to conceptualize and execute impactful video content.
• Interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Organize, manage, and archive project files, ensuring efficient workflows and version control.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio balancing, and video optimization to maintain high production quality.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform-specific best practices.
• Stay updated on video editing trends, animation techniques, emerging formats, and social media content trends.
• Coordinate with production vendors, videographers, and other stakeholders during content creation when required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Film Production, Visual Communication, Mass Media, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or a similar creative role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, motion design, typography, colour grading, and audio editing.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing and motion graphics work is required.

Preferred Skills

• Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of timing, pacing, and rhythm.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital-first campaigns.
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, 3D animation, or AI-powered video editing tools is an added advantage.
