The Job Shop - India is seeking a creative Motion Graphics Designer to transform static designs into dynamic visuals for social media campaigns, brand videos and digital ads. You will collaborate with art directors, strategists and production teams to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities include designing and editing high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, typography and logo animations, with strong emphasis on visual storytelling and fast turnarounds for multiple platforms.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of motion design experience in a creative agency or production environment; strong showreel/portfolio mandatory.
• Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator; Cinema 4D/Blender knowledge a plus.
• Strong typography, color theory, timing, pacing, audio synchronization and visual storytelling.
• Able to handle fast turnarounds and collaborate with creative teams.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Motion Graphics Designer to transform static designs into dynamic motion visuals. You will work closely with our art directors, content strategists, and video production teams to bring social media campaigns, brand videos, and digital ads to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Animation & Editing: Design and animate high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, typography, kinetic text, logo animations, and digital video assets for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with visualizers, art directors, and copywriters to storyboard and conceptualize ideas that align with brand guidelines.
• Post-Production: Handle video editing, sound integration, color correction, and final rendering across multiple platform formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Web).
• Trend & Quality Control: Stay updated on current motion design trends, visual effects, and platform specifications to maintain high quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of motion design experience in a creative agency or production environment (a strong showreel/portfolio is mandatory).
• Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D software is a plus).
• Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, timing, pacing, audio synchronization, and visual storytelling.
• Soft Skills: Ability to handle fast turnarounds, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate well with creative teams.
