Job summary

MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS is seeking a senior motion graphics leader to conceptualize, design, and execute industry-leading visuals and videos. You will develop strategies across marketing and branding campaigns, oversee the complete production pipeline from ideation to final output, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand-aligned storytelling.

The role requires mentoring a range of designers, staying ahead of trends, and upholding high quality and brand standards in all motion

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute industry-leading motion graphics, animations, and video productions.
• Develop and implement creative strategies for motion design across digital marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
• Oversee the full production pipeline from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to animation, editing, and final output.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to align visual storytelling with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor junior, mid, and senior-level designers, ensuring continuous skill development and innovation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and new animation techniques to push creative boundaries.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in all motion design projects while maintaining brand consistency.
