Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a senior Motion Designer to own the full spectrum of motion production, from graphics to 3D and VFX. You will use Adobe tools and generative AI to deliver high-quality campaigns for global brands, including rapid-turnaround social cuts and hero productions.

You will collaborate with clients, translate briefs into activation-ready outputs, and build scalable motion systems for high-volume production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in motion design, VFX, or 3D production — agency, studio, or in-house.
• Portfolio demonstrating mastery across motion graphics, compositing, and 3D with a strong sense of timing and visual craft.
• Expert in After Effects and Substance 3D.
• Solid compositing and animation skills in After Effects.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics, kinetic type, and title sequences across digital, social, broadcast, and Out of Home signage.
• Composite live-action with CGI, AI-generated video, and motion graphics — keying, tracking, roto, color grading, and particle/sim work.
• Model, texture, light, and render 3D assets and environments; animate product rigs and brand elements for campaign use.
• Build scalable motion systems and reusable animation libraries (including MOGRTs) for high-volume variant production across formats and aspect ratios.
• Translate customer briefs into activation-ready outputs, manage feedback loops, and present work directly to customers.
• Use generative AI tools (Firefly, Runway, Kling) as core production instruments — and share what's working with the team.

The opportunity

Adobe's AI Studio partners with the world's leading brands to produce campaign creative at scale. As a Motion Designer, you'll own the full spectrum of motion production — motion graphics, VFX compositing, and 3D animation — using Adobe's generative AI tools alongside industry-standard software to deliver work that moves and converts. You bring the same obsessive quality standard to a 6-second social cut as a 60-second hero film.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and animate motion graphics, kinetic type, and title sequences across digital, social, broadcast, and Out of Home signage.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in motion design, VFX, or 3D production — agency, studio, or in-house.
• Portfolio demonstrating mastery across motion graphics, compositing, and 3D with a strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual craft.
• Expert in After Effects and Substance 3D.
• Solid compositing and animation skills in After Effects.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud; hands-on with generative AI video and image tools.
• Comfortable presenting work and partnering directly with customers throughout production.
• High bar for quality, experience delivering at volume, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
