As a Mortgage AI Product Business Analyst (Agile) in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) - Mortgage, you will serve as a critical bridge between mortgage business stakeholders and technology teams delivering new product capabilities. You will translate complex mortgage process and regulatory needs into clear requirements, process models, and well-structured user stories, enabling efficient delivery through agile practices. You will also support AI/ML/GenAI use cases across the mortgage lifecycle, ensuring solutions align to measurable business outcomes (e.g., improved customer experience, reduced cycle time, improved straight-through processing, reduced defects, improved quality/compliance) and are implemented with appropriate controls.
You should possess strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with experience in both product development and the mortgage/lending sector.
