Job Title: Digital Transformation lead (IT Role) – Housing Finance – Mumbai (Head Office)
Job Description: Our client is a non-banking finance company “NBFC” registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a systemically important non-deposit taking company. They provide structured term financing solutions to corporates, used and new Vehicle Financing for transporters, Home Finance through our wholly owned subsidiary organization which gives loans to SME borrowers in India. Established as a strong player in the Corporate Lending and SME lending space, in 2017 they made foray into the retail lending space – launching 2 products – Home Finance and Vehicle Finance. Purpose of Job:
Assist with Digital Transformation of the company business from conventional lending and paper-driven execution to digital process. Help formulate Digital vision and implementation roadmap by defining future state digital technology, content management, analytics & cloud native solution architectures. Maximize digital transformation via integration of digital technology into all areas of a business via technology adoption, structure data gathering, process definition, and organizational change. Enhance existing business process, define new process, leverage tools, frameworks, platforms to increase adoption of digital platform company wide. Assist with predictive models, data lakes and enterprise data warehouses to build analytical platforms for enriched decision making.

Certifications / Certificate Courses on Project Management, Agile/Scrum – Preferred
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
