Your Next Company

A leading digital platform for e-commerce, payments and loyalty is undergoing strong growth and with presence across more than 40 countries, they are looking to expand their team. They are in search for a Head of Technology to join the team in Mumbai, India, reporting directly into the APAC IT Director (based in Singapore) while dotted line to the COO in India.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Manage and lead agile teams of 10 software engineers.
2. Manage technology resources, budgets and performances of the team (P&L management).
3. Maintain and support current and new software products.
4. Define and lead the organization’s IT needs.
5. Lead and design solutions and systems to support implementation of software products.
6. Key partner to the Heads of Architecture, Infrastructure and Security based across the globe.
7. Work closely with the Product team and manage relationships with third party vendors.

What You Should Have

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
2. At least 15+ years of experiences in building, implementing and delivering software products.
3. Team management experiences needed.
4. Working experiences in .Net Core, C#, MS SQL Server.
5. Working experiences in Azure Cloud, AWS or GCP.
6. Knowledge in Confluence or Jira will be a strong plus.
7. Experiences in managing P&L of IT teams.
8. Prior experiences in working across global time zones will be a strong plus.
