As a MoreTasker you will be responsible for:

1. Providing technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
2. Performing hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates as needed.
3. Resolving technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.
4. Establishing accounts for new users and assisting with password or login problems.
5. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
6. Providing technical support across the company.
7. Providing technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software, and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.

Educational Qualifications, Experience and Competencies required:

1. Should have an associate’s degree in computer science or related field.
2. Should have a strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
3. Should have good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
4. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our new team will include someone who is:
