Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Molecular Biology Expert for a Full-Time remote role. You will design and execute molecular biology experiments (PCR, cloning, DNA/RNA extraction), analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance research initiatives.

You will troubleshoot experimental challenges, optimize protocols for efficiency and reproducibility, and contribute to gene therapy and genetic engineering projects at a global biotechnology leader.

Qualifications

• Experience with PCR and nucleic acid purification.
• Knowledge of molecular cloning and Gibson Assembly.
• Familiarity with BLAST, Primer-BLAST and sequence alignment tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot experimental issues.

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Molecular Biology Expert to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves designing and executing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance research initiatives. The position requires expertise in molecular biology techniques and the ability to troubleshoot experimental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute molecular biology experiments, including PCR, cloning, and DNA/RNA extraction.
• Analyze experimental data using bioinformatics tools and statistical methods.
• Document and present findings to support research objectives.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to integrate molecular biology workflows into broader projects.
• Optimize protocols to improve efficiency and reproducibility in laboratory operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PCR, gel electrophoresis, and nucleic acid purification techniques.
• Experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of molecular cloning, including Gibson Assembly and restriction digestion.
• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools such as BLAST, Primer-BLAST, and sequence alignment software.
• Ability to troubleshoot experimental issues and propose solutions.
