Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Computational Biology Expert for a full-time role to develop computational models that analyze biological data and support research initiatives across genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate biological questions into computational frameworks, design scalable pipelines, and validate models with experimental data to ensure predictive power and scientific relevance.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with biological databases and tools such as BLAST or Bioconductor.
