Job summary

Tata Motors Leadership Competencies driven role based in Pune, responsible for tracking and monitoring E&E engineering milestones in line with project plans.

The candidate will ensure timely delivery of design milestones, communicate status to COC Leads, participate in daily and apex reviews, and support design releases as per project milestones. BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics and 5–8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering required.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience in E&E engineering.
• Experience tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Strong communication with COC Leads and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor E&E engineering milestones aligned with project milestones.
• Follow up on timely completion of committed deliverables.
• Communicate updates to COC Leads regarding slippage or deviations.
• Ensure design releases of product drawings as per project milestones.

Position Summary With Job Responsibilities

• Tracking and monitoring all E&E engineering milestones aligned with Project milestones.
• Follow up on timely completion of committed deliverables.
• Timely communicate/update to COC Leads regarding any slippage, any compromise on targets, any decision/conclusion/deviation requirements etc.
• Participation in Daily work meetings, aggregate reviews and Apex reviews, highlight and escalation requirements of E&E. 5.Ensure design releases of Product Drawings as per project milestone.

BE/B.TECH in Electrical / Electronics Engineering in Mechanical
