Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform management and development. The role involves designing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to support sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC/AURA), SOQL, integrations, and data management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Salesforce experience in platform management and development.
• Experience configuring objects, workflows, field validation rules and page layouts.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with APIs and integration of Salesforce with external systems.
• Familiarity with AppExchange apps and Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, security settings, and permissions.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Perform data import, export, deduplication, and cleaning.
• Ensure platform stability and performance with regular maintenance.

• Automate processes with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and custom code.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, customizing, and enhancing our Salesforce environment to meet business needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, security settings, and permissions.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Perform regular data management tasks including data import, export, deduplication, and cleaning.
• Ensure platform stability and performance with regular system maintenance.
• Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC and AURA), and SOQL.
• Develop and integrate APIs to connect Salesforce with other systems.
• Automate processes with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and custom code.

Stakeholder Management

• Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.) to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved data quality.
• Implement third‑party apps from AppExchange as required.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce releases and ensure smooth implementation of new features.

Reports and Dashboards

• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions and track performance metrics.
• Ensure Salesforce data integrity and security by adhering to Salesforce best practices.
• Provide guidance on CRM best practices and support continuous process improvement.

• Understanding of integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience with data migration and management tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench).

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer
