You will contribute to scalable, secure, production-ready services across containerized Kubernetes platforms on-premises and AWS. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, WebFlux, PostgreSQL, and modern cloud-native development is essential, with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and security.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years backend software development experience using Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and reactive programming using Spring WebFlux.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience deploying or operating applications in on-premises and AWS environments.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL or a similar enterprise relational database.
• Experience with automated unit, integration, and component testing.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and resilient Java backend services for business-critical applications.
• Contribute to backend design, API contracts, data models, and non-functional requirements including performance, reliability, and security.
• Build containerized applications using Docker and deploy and operate them on Kubernetes platforms.
• Support application deployments across on-premises infrastructure and AWS environments.
• Develop reactive, non-blocking services using Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL data layers for availability and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and actively participate in peer reviews and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Integrate observability, security, and reliability practices into backend services.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps, SRE, platform, security, QA, and product teams to deliver production-ready software.
• Use Generative AI and agentic development tools responsibly to improve development velocity, code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Share technical knowledge and provide guidance to other engineers when needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Java Developer to design, build, test, and operate mission-critical Java backend services supporting high-impact enterprise applications. The role contributes to scalable, secure, and production-ready services across containerized Kubernetes platforms running on on-premises and AWS environments.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, reactive systems using Spring WebFlux, PostgreSQL, and modern cloud-native development practices. Experience using Generative AI and agentic development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality is desirable.
