What you will do:

Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

•Drive Execution: Lead development efforts through hands-on coding, high-level design, and critical technical decision-making. •Architectural Clarity: Break down complex business requirements into robust technical designs and implementable components. •Team Guidance: Coach and mentor junior and mid-level developers through consistent code reviews, design critiques, and day-to-day collaboration. •Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a primary technical point of contact, ensuring alignment between product owners, architects, and engineering teams.

Development & Excellence:
• Scalable Systems: Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
