Summary:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in hosting infrastructure to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of modernization efforts with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Experience with cloud technologies including private and public cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure transformation and migration strategies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable hosting solutions that support digital applications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cost optimization techniques in hosting environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
