Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking an Experienced Model-Based Development Engineer to lead the development and validation of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and BEV/HEV powertrain applications. You will work across the full MBD lifecycle, including MIL, SIL, and HIL testing, using MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, Python, and MathWorks/SCADE.

You will also leverage Simulink Test Manager and TPT for automated validation, drive requirements-based development, and contribute to model verification,

• Experienced Model-Based Development Engineer with expertise in MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, Python, and MathWorks/SCADE for the development and validation of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and BEV/HEV Powertrain applications.
• Skilled in end-to-end MBD lifecycle activities, including MIL, SIL, and HIL testing.
• Proficient in Simulink Test Manager, TPT, requirements-based development, model verification, validation, and auto code generation for automotive embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of electric vehicle architectures, functional safety, and control algorithm development.
