Job summary

AndPayments is building the next-generation payments stack for Indian businesses and beyond. We are hiring a Flutter engineer to architect and deliver a mobile app for iOS and Android from the ground up, owning it end-to-end.

You will design a fintech-grade, scalable mobile product, integrate REST APIs, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting, and drive releases with CI/CD, security, and quality at the core.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
• At least one app live on Play Store and/or App Store.
• Strong CS fundamentals and design patterns.
• Experience with structured state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the app from scratch using Flutter and Dart.
• Own it end-to-end - architecture, code, releases, performance, and quality.
• Design for scale with a clean, modular architecture.
• Integrate REST APIs, push notifications, analytics & crash reporting.
• Own releases - CI/CD, signing, staged rollouts, feature flags & monitoring.
• Apply fintech-grade security - secure storage, cert pinning, safe token handling

We operate across Payments, RegTech, B2B SaaS, and Prepaid Instruments, built together as one deliberate stack, not bolted together. We use AI as a primary operating layer, not a productivity add-on.

We're looking for a Flutter engineer to architect and build our app from the ground up on iOS and Android - and own it end-to-end.

What you'll do:

• Architect and build the app from scratch using Flutter and Dart
• Own it end-to-end - architecture, code, releases, performance, and quality
• Design for scale with a clean, modular, layered architecture
• Integrate REST APIs, push notifications, analytics & crash reporting
• Own releases - CI/CD, signing, staged rollouts, feature flags & monitoring
• Apply fintech-grade security - secure storage, cert pinning, safe token handling

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years building production mobile apps, strong in Flutter and Dart
• At least one app live on the Play Store and/or App Store
• Solid CS fundamentals - data structures, algorithms, design patterns
• Deep grasp of Flutter internals (widget tree, rendering, DevTools profiling)
• Hands-on with structured state management (Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider)
• Experience with REST networking (Dio, Retrofit), auth, caching, error handling

Bonus points:

Fintech/payments/UPI experience, mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, Codemagic, Bitrise), Firebase, offline-first design, or prior experience as an early/founding mobile engineer at a startup.
