Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless financial experiences.
• Architect and implement complex mobile solutions with a focus on scalability, usability, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of core fintech features such as payments, transactions, and authentication modules.
• Optimize mobile apps for efficiency, speed, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure engineering excellence.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in mobile and fintech technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth performance and a secure user journey.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• 9–12 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong expertise in the Flutter framework for cross-platform apps.
• Proficiency in Android development (Kotlin/Java).
• Experience working on Fintech products (payments, wallets, lending, banking apps preferred).
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, third-party fintech libraries, and backend services.
