Athlitix is a US-based startup building cutting-edge sports technology that will change how athletes train and get recruited. Our immediate focus is on iOS using Flutter, but our roadmap includes future Android expansion, deep sensor integration, and advanced AR features. Role Summary

We’re looking for a talented Mobile App Developer with expertise in Flutter and a passion for building visually striking apps. You’ll own core features from idea to deployment, especially high-fidelity data visualizations and integrations with device sensors. While the initial focus is iOS, you’ll help us expand capabilities to Android and work with the latest sensor and AR technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust Flutter mobile applications, with an initial focus on iOS.
Build rich, interactive, and efficient data visualizations within the mobile app.
Integrate and utilize sensor data (gyroscope, accelerometer, etc.).
Experiment and develop features using ARKit (iOS) and, in the future, ARCore (Android).
Own the full app development lifecycle: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and iterative enhancement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) in a remote, distributed startup environment.
Ensure best practices for mobile UX, app performance, and code quality.
Take high ownership—proactively drive features, debug/troubleshoot, and deliver value at startup pace.
Attend regular standups and meetings with founding team

Requirements

Minimum 3 years full-time professional experience in mobile app development, including at least 2 years with Flutter.
Demonstrable experience building complex, visually engaging data visualizations in mobile apps.
Strong skills in iOS app development and deployment using Flutter; Android knowledge a strong plus.
Familiarity with ARKit and/or ARCore, or willingness and ability to learn these technologies rapidly.
Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work autonomously.
Experience working effectively in a remote team.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Nice to Have

Prior experience with mobile analytics or data visualization libraries.
Knowledge on working with 3D assets in the app.
Understanding of RESTful APIs or GraphQL backends.
Contributions to open-source, developer communities, or technical blogging.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, app store deployments, and user feedback loops.
Annual salary up to ₹20,00,000 INR
