Job summary

TheCodingShef is seeking a Software Mobile Engineer based in India for a fully remote position. You will build scalable, high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android using a shared Flutter codebase, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other mobile developers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of mobile development experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience with state management (Riverpod, BLoC, Provider, or Cubit).
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and using SQLite or Hive.
• Familiarity with Git and code reviews.
• Strong UI/UX and responsive design skills.
• Ability to work in a remote-first, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop smooth, responsive cross-platform features for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.
• Build reusable UI components with a consistent experience across devices.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend RESTful APIs and manage local data.
• Write clean, readable, maintainable code in line with engineering standards.
• Develop and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
