Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Mobile APP Accessibility Testing specialist to join our digital assurance team. The role targets candidates with 5-7+ years of testing Web/ecommerce portals and 3+ years in accessibility-related testing, focusing on WCAG 2.1 AA and ARIA-enabled experiences.

Location options include Blore/Chennai/Hyd/Pune/Mumbai, with a broad exposure to assistive technologies like JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver, and collaboration with executive stakeholders on accessibility strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience testing Web/ecommerce portals.
• 3+ years in an accessibility-related field testing.
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 (AA) guidelines.
• Experience on HTML, CSS & ARIA.
• Proficiency with bug logging and tracking tools.

Mobile APP Accessibility Testing

• 5-7+ years of experience in testing Web / ecommerce portals
• 3+ years of experience in an accessibility-related field testing
• Comprehensive understanding of WCAG 2.1 (AA) guidelines and other relevant accessibility standards
• Should have more working experience on HTML, CSS & ARIA.
• Advanced expertise in a wide rangeof assistive technologies and accessibility-related software such as JAWS®, NVDA, Voice over, automated testing tools, etc
• Proficiency with bug logging and tracking tools
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute complex test plans and scripts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills capable of engaging with executive-level stakeholders
• Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations and make strategic decision
