You will support testing, go‑live, and maintain sample apps and wrappers for Flutter, React Native, and Cordova/Ionic.

The role covers integration guidance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with customers through UAT, VAPT, and production deployments while ensuring compatibility with evolving platforms.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking a Mobile App Security Integration & Support Engineer to help enterprise customers, primarily banks and financial institutions, integrate our mobile app security solution across native and cross‑platform applications, troubleshoot issues, support testing and go‑live, and maintain sample applications, framework wrappers, and compatibility with evolving platforms and libraries.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Integration and Support

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers integrating the solution into Android, iOS, and cross‑platform applications, from kick‑off to go‑live and post‑production support.
• Assess customer applications, including development stack, build system, networking libraries, HTTP client configuration, third‑party libraries, obfuscation, and packaging, to define the appropriate integration approach.
• Guide developers through integration via walkthroughs, pair‑integration sessions, code reviews, and validation of correct initialization and consistent application across all network paths.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues, including build and dependency failures, crashes, connectivity issues, security‑check false positives, and third‑party library or HTTP client conflicts, with root‑cause analysis across native and cross‑platform layers.
• Support customer UAT, VAPT, and production rollouts, validating solution performance on real devices.
• Manage support tickets within agreed SLAs, update customers on progress, and elevate confirmed product defects with reproduction steps, logs, and sample code.
• Support pre‑sales through integration feasibility assessments, proof‑of‑concept integrations, and technical questionnaire responses.

Development

• Develop and maintain reference applications, integration guides, code samples, and a troubleshooting knowledge base based on customer cases.
• Develop and maintain wrappers and plugins for Flutter, React Native, and Cordova/Ionic applications.
• Implement bug fixes and minor enhancements, ensuring compatibility with new Android/iOS releases, framework updates, and networking‑library versions.
• Test releases across supported technology stacks and networking libraries, and maintain the compatibility matrix.
• Monitor OS, framework, app store policy, and network security configuration changes, proactively updating integration guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Native Development: Android (Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Gradle) and iOS (Swift, Objective‑C, Xcode, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager).
• Cross‑Platform Development: Experience with Flutter or React Native, including native bridging and networking implementation; familiarity with Cordova, Ionic, and Capacitor
• Mobile Networking Libraries:
• Android: OkHttp, Retrofit, Volley, HttpURLConnection, Ktor.
• iOS: URLSession, Alamofire, AFNetworking.
• Flutter: Dio, http, native HTTP adapters.
• React Native: Fetch, Axios, native networking stack.
• Cordova/Ionic: cordova‑plugin‑advanced‑http, Capacitor HTTP.
• WebView: Android WebView, WKWebView.
• Mobile Network Security: Practical knowledge of TLS, certificate chains, trust evaluation, Android Network Security Config, iOS App Transport Security, custom trust managers, and interceptors.
• Integration & Build Management: Experience resolving dependency, build, and packaging conflicts across Gradle, CocoaPods/SPM, npm/yarn, pub, ProGuard/R8, minification, and app bundles.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Proficiency in Android Studio, Xcode, logcat, Console logs, crash log symbolication, and traffic analysis tools such as Charles, mitmproxy, or Burp Suite.
• Mobile Application Security: Understanding of OWASP MASVS/MASTG and OWASP Mobile Top 10 to explain solution capabilities and assess customer security findings.
• Customer Communication: Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, prepare clear integration guides and ticket updates, and work within enterprise change and release processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with banking, fintech, or regulated enterprise customers and awareness of mobile security regulations and guidelines (RBI, NPCI, CERT‑In).
• Experience developing cross‑platform plugin wrappers for Flutter, React Native, and Cordova.
• Hands‑on exposure to mobile security testing tools (Frida, Objection, jadx, Hopper/Ghidra, virtual devices) and mobile VAPT workflows.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD and test automation tools (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise, Espresso, XCUITest, Appium).
• Knowledge of backend integration and cloud services, including REST APIs, AWS, and Firebase.
• Open‑source contributions or a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
