Job summary

BuildBros Innovations is hiring a Mobile Developer to create cross‑platform apps for iOS and Android. You will work on real-world products with remote and Bengaluru-hybrid options, shipping polished apps to App Store and Play Store.

You will triage crashes, implement UI animations, integrate REST APIs, and optimize performance. 1+ year experience with RN or Flutter and Firebase familiarity are ideal.

About This Role

Build cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android that serve real users — from the Sakhi Ride safety app to the AgroConnect farming platform. Ship polished, performant apps to the App Store and Play Store.

A Day in the Life

You triage a crash from Crashlytics, ship a gesture fix, sync offline queues, and prep store screenshots for review.

• Develop cross-platform mobile apps using React Native or Flutter
• Implement complex UI components with smooth animations and gesture handling
• Integrate REST APIs, WebSocket connections, and push notifications (FCM/APNs)
• Implement offline-first patterns with local storage and background sync
• Set up and manage App Store and Play Store submissions and releases
• Write unit and integration tests for mobile components
• Optimize app performance — startup time, memory usage, battery consumption

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years building production mobile apps with React Native or Flutter
• Published app on App Store or Play Store (personal or professional)
• Understanding of mobile UX patterns (navigation, gestures, platform conventions)
• Experience with REST API integration and state management in mobile
• Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Crashlytics)
