Exiga Solutions in Trivandrum (Kerala) is seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer to design, develop, and maintain native iOS apps for enterprise and connected-device solutions. Qualifications

• 9+ years native iOS development with Swift and iOS SDK
• Strong expertise in SwiftUI, UIKit, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection
• Hands-on async programming with async/await, Combine, GCD, thread safety
• RESTful APIs, GraphQL integration, networking optimization, security best practices
• Core Data, Keychain, UserDefaults, local persistence, secure data management
• BLE experience with CoreBluetooth, GATT, scanning, encryption, reconnection strategies
• Experience with APNS push notifications, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, production issue troubleshooting
• Xcode, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, XCTest/XCUITest, CI/CD pipelines, App Store deployment
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS apps using Swift and the latest iOS SDK
• Implement new features based on business and product requirements
• Maintain and optimize existing apps for performance and UX
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and AWS or cloud backends
• Develop and maintain BLE communication using CoreBluetooth

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Mobile App Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance native iOS applications for enterprise and connected-device solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication, with a strong background in building secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.

This role requires a hands‑on developer who can collaborate closely with cloud, backend, and product teams to deliver high‑quality applications while ensuring performance, reliability, and seamless integration with smart devices and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and the latest iOS SDK
• Implement new application features based on business and product requirements
• Maintain existing applications by resolving defects, improving performance, and optimizing user experience
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and AWS‑hosted backend platforms
• Develop and maintain Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication using CoreBluetooth, including scanning, filtering, GATT services, characteristics, queue management, and secure device communication
• Implement intuitive user interfaces following Apple Human Interface Guidelines using SwiftUI and UIKit
• Manage application builds, TestFlight releases, App Store deployment, and release management activities
• Write and maintain unit tests and UI tests to improve application stability and code quality
• Diagnose production issues using analytics, crash reports, and debugging tools to ensure reliable application performance
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of development standards
• Collaborate with Cloud, Web, and Backend teams to deliver seamless API integrations and connected‑device experiences

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in native iOS application development using Swift and the latest iOS SDK
• Strong expertise in SwiftUI, UIKit, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, and reusable component design
• Hands‑on experience with asynchronous programming using async/await, Combine, GCD, thread safety, and memory management
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL integration, networking optimization, JWT authentication, SSL pinning, secure credential storage, and API security best practices
• Experience with Core Data, Keychain, UserDefaults, local persistence, and secure data management
• Extensive experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) including CoreBluetooth, GATT services, scan filtering, MTU handling, encrypted communication, reconnection strategies, and hardware integration
• Experience with APNS push notifications, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and production issue troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Xcode, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, XCTest, XCUITest, CI/CD pipelines, Fastlane, TestFlight, and App Store deployment
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing IoT or connected‑device companion applications
• Knowledge of OTA firmware update workflows and smart device communication protocols
• Experience with AWS services, MapKit, Geofencing, Siri Shortcuts, and in‑app chat SDKs
• Familiarity with localization strategies and multi‑language application development
• Practical experience using AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
• B1 Visa is considered an added advantage
• Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred
