Staffing Services is seeking an embedded firmware engineer to adapt platform software for new hardware, integrate firmware with RTL designs, and perform HW/SW co-verification.

The role requires strong C/C++ skills for embedded systems, experience with ARM/RISC-V, and familiarity with RTOS/Linux internals, debugging tools, and secure firmware updates.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience with ARM and/or RISC-V architectures.
• Solid understanding of device drivers, RTOS, or Linux kernel internals.
• Familiarity with OS porting on custom chips.
• Proficient in debugging tools like JTAG, GDB, and logic analyzers.
• Knowledge of embedded security, cryptographic protocols, and secure firmware update mechanisms.
• Experience with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART.
• Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills.
