Job summary

Cantabil Retail India is seeking a Retail Merchandiser for Kidswear & Accessories to oversee stock management and merchandising at our North Delhi corporate office. You will ensure optimal product mix, plan margins, and coordinate seasonal buys across channels.

The role requires strong experience in apparel retail merchandising, with a focus on stock control, distribution, and performance monitoring to drive sales. Located in North Delhi, the position is office-based.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be from apparel retail industry.
• Good experience in retail merchandising.
• Should be graduate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain base stock level at stores.
• Preparing store margin plan for fresh & Eoss period.
• Maintain & prepare proper product mix for stores.
• Prepare ABP plan align with sales plan for all category
• Prepare seasonal buy plan align with category strategy.
• Allocating merchandise to stores as per targets.
• Replenishment of the stock.
• Consistently monitor sell thru of articles to identify fast movers & slow movers.
• Coordinate with product team for stock requirement.
• Monitor category, size and style wise performance and clearance.
• Monitor balance between products.
• Monitor dispatches of core products.
• Sales Analysis Report.
• Month wise pickup plan v/s month wise dispatch.
• Season wise, style wise option plan for stores.
• Prepare stock turn report and allocation & Projection for stores.
• Monitor allocation v/s validation.
• Coordinate with IT team for Promotional updates at stores.
