Job summary

Recex Pvt Ltd. is seeking an MIS Executive in Kolkata with 1–2 years of MIS reporting experience and strong MS Excel skills. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining databases, analyzing data, and ensuring timely reporting.

You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, update Excel sheets, collect data from various sources, and create Excel-based dashboards to track business performance. Attention to detail and good time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in MIS reporting is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
• Hands-on experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and COUNTIF/COUNTIFS.
• Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, and data validation.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining MIS reports independently.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
