Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a MIS Co-ordinator to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. You will generate MIS reports, dashboards, and info-graphs, leveraging advanced Excel skills and VBA macros.

The role supports sales management with reliable data for performance insights and compliance across the contact center. The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree with at least 1 year MIS experience and is proficient in Excel, VBA, and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Prezi.

Qualifications

• Graduate with MIS experience (minimum 1 year).
• Excellent MS Excel skills including advanced functions and VBA.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Prezi for dashboards and presentations.
• Experience with HLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and Power Pivot is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Periodically extract and publish MIS/Reports/Dashboards/Info graphs.
• Ensure data is provided to top management on time with accuracy.
• Maintain timely submission and circulation of data to stakeholders.
• Support compliance, audits, and data sharing controls.
• Support Sales Management with data to drive sales across contact center.

Periodic extraction and publishing of MIS/Reports/Dashboard/Info graphs and Dumps Ensure Data’s are provided to the top management on time and make certain the accuracy of data Maintain Timely submission and circulation of Data to the stake holders of below mentioned data Ensure data are provided for compliance and Audits and RCSA and related compliances Sales Management - Has to provide to ensure data and eligible base provided to sales management unit to drive sales across the contact center. Timely and accurate execution of adhoc requests Ensure and comply to all control and compliance guidelines on data sharing

Job Description:

• Graduate Minimum of 1 year of MIS experience.
• Good Communication Skill Good hand on Info graphics, MS Excel, VBA (Macro ), MS access
• Proficient in advance excel, h lookup, v lookup, power pivots
• Basic analytics skills
• Expertise on Power Point, Prezi and other slide making platforms.
