Role & responsibilities
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports regarding Enterprise business to support business operations.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for Enterprise business to track performance against targets.
- Analyze large datasets and support the Business/Sales team with data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve operational performance.
- Manage data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various sources. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and integrity.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends as per the directions from the reporting officer
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting by providing historical data and trend analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide ongoing support to the Senior Management team and stakeholders by preparing customized reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve data reporting processes.
- Ensure reports are aligned with business goals and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the Management from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate, preferably MBAs, at least 5 years of experience in MIS coordination or a similar role in Telecom/Enterprise business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), with experience in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros etc
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner. Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work with large datasets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
