We are looking for a Potential Recruiting Manager for US IT Recruitment services for our global clients across a wide range of technologies. This individual will be an effective mentor, an excellent network builder, and will partner with organizational leaders to select the best talent. The Recruiting Manager will lead the IT recruiting talent hiring teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Functional oversight of the full life cycle recruiting for all open positions.
2. Develop a talent pool pipeline by discovering untapped sources of talent through creative sourcing techniques. Create and monitor job postings.
3. Proactively manage hiring procedures, staffing priorities, recruitment strategies, and forecasts.
4. Deliver and execute the successful design, implementation, and management of programs related to sourcing, assessing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding for experienced and entry-level hires.
5. Achieve the organization's revenue targets within the turnaround time (TAT).

Required Skills:

1. 7 plus years of recruiting experience, capable of leading multiple teams.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
4. Proven excellence as a talent advisor with project management skills: prioritizing workload, planning and organizing, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional delivery.

Work Location: Visakhapatnam / Vizianagaram (Andhra Pradesh)
