Job Overview
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.
Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.
You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Responsibilities for UI Developer

1. Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers.
2. Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability.
3. Develop new user-facing features.
4. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
5. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
6. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
7. Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end.
8. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications for UI Developer

1. 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI development.
2. Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites using HTML, CSS, JS, and comparable languages.
3. Continued education and research into UI development trends and current design strategy and technology.
4. Professional written and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
6. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for the best possible outcome.
7. Experience creating code to clients' personalized needs and requirements.
8. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.
