Job description

Job Description: IT Recruiter

Mindrops is looking for an IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience. As an IT Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to source, screen, and select qualified candidates to fulfill your organization’s information technology staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the technical requirements and skills needed for various IT positions and ensure the recruitment process is efficient and successful. Additionally, you will actively engage with candidates, build a talent pipeline, and represent the organization positively to attract top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine IT staffing needs, job requirements, and qualifications.
    • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate profiles, applications, and recruitment workflows.
  2. Candidate Screening and Selection:
    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and skills.
    • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical aptitude, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Facilitate technical assessments, coding tests, and other evaluation methods to gauge candidates’ technical abilities.
  3. Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain a talent pipeline by proactively networking, attending industry events, and participating in online communities.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and providing updates on their application status.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline, hiring metrics, and time-to-fill.
    • Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
  5. Employer Branding:
    • Represent the organization in a professional manner to attract top IT talent.
    • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s reputation in the IT industry.
    • Actively participate in technology communities and forums to promote the organization and engage with potential candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year

  • New Delhi – 110034, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
