Job Description:

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to provide technical assistance and support to customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with technical issues related to our products or services.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in technical support/Customer Support.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  4. Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems for documenting customer interactions.
  5. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking concepts, and common troubleshooting techniques.
  6. Certifications or training in technical support or relevant fields are a plus.
  7. Hindi is Mandatory.
  8. Looking for Immediate Joiners only!
Responsibilities:
  1. Providing step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting assistance to resolve technical problems.
  2. Documenting customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  3. Collaborating with other departments such as engineering or product development to escalate complex issues or bugs.
  4. Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved satisfactorily and providing additional assistance if needed.
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  1. Any Graduate/Post Graduates/Undergraduates freshers or with a minimum of 6 months of experience in International voice process mandatory.
  2. Only Customer Service Experience.
  3. International Voice Background preferred.
  4. Excellent communication mandatory.
