• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot middleware platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot application server technologies.
• Manage and support middleware platforms including:
  • Apache Tomcat
  • Apache HTTP Server (HTTPD)
  • NGINX
  • Oracle HTTP Server (OHS)
  • Oracle WebLogic Server
  • Microsoft IIS
• Monitor application server health, performance, and availability.
• Perform deployment, patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with application, database, and infrastructure teams during issue resolution.
• Provide technical support for Windows and Linux server administration.
• Perform desktop support activities including:
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • OS installation and configuration
  • Software installation and upgrades
  • Patch management
  • Printer troubleshooting
• Assist in managing Oracle Database, MySQL, and MariaDB environments with basic administration knowledge.
• Handle desktop VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing) remediation activities.
• Execute technical tasks assigned by Bank officials and ensure timely closure.
