We are seeking a skilled Middleware Application Support and Defect Management professional to join our Testing function in Pune. This role is accountable for the end-to-end support of middleware applications, driving defect management activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting service stability across Telecom OSS and BSS environments. The position is well suited to individuals with strong application support experience, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
