We are seeking an experienced Oracle Middleware SME to provide subject-matter expertise and end-to-end operational ownership of Oracle Middleware, Integration and Enterprise Content Management services from SP Infocity, Pune.
You will be responsible for the reliability, availability, performance and operational resilience of Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle WebLogic and Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) platforms supporting critical telecom BSS, OSS and enterprise applications.
This role combines hands-on middleware expertise with production-service ownership, major incident recovery, service transition, platform stabilisation, operational governance, automation and continual service improvement. It is primarily focused on Application Operations, Middleware Operations and Service Management rather than application development.
You will also contribute to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and AI-driven operational optimisation while working across business, application, infrastructure, database, network and vendor teams.
You bring 10+ years of experience in Telecom IT, Middleware, Integration or Enterprise Application Operations, with substantial hands-on responsibility for Oracle Fusion Middleware production environments.
You have demonstrated experience owning critical production incidents and complex service-recovery activities, as well as leading service transitions, knowledge transfer, operational readiness and stabilisation programmes.
You also bring expertise in ITIL-aligned service management, including Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management, together with stakeholder management, operational risk, audit and compliance, capacity and availability management, and business continuity.
Experience with observability technologies such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Kibana, Grafana or Zabbix is valuable.
Desirable exposure includes Oracle API Gateway, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Identity Management (IDM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Apache Web Server, load balancers, Control‑M, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps practices, and telecom CRM, Billing and Order Management ecosystems.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience is required. ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
