Job summary

Applicants should have an Engineering/Science/Maths background with CBSE Kaushal Bodh vocational training and CLS certification, plus 3–5 years in a progressive, inclusive school setting.

Qualifications

• CLS certification completed (DT).
• 3–5 years experience in a progressive and inclusive school.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student-specific requirements.
• Provide individualized and small-group support to enhance academic, behavioral, and social development.
• Collaborate with teachers to design inclusive classroom strategies and differentiated learning approaches.
• Recommend accommodations, modifications, and intervention strategies to support student learning.
• Track, monitor, and document student progress through regular assessments and observations.
• Partner with parents, counselors, and school staff to ensure holistic support for students.
• Support the creation of an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
• Conduct awareness sessions and provide guidance to teachers on special education needs and inclusive practices.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to student interventions and progress.
