We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Unreal Engine Developer to join our R&D team. You will work on cutting-edge real-time 3D applications across Digital Twins, Metaverse environments, and VR/AR platforms. This role demands hands-on Unreal Engine expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive to build performant, visually rich, and scalable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time interactive applications using Unreal Engine
• Implement core gameplay and system logic using C++ and Blueprints
• Collaborate closely with 3D artists, designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver immersive experiences
• Develop and optimize Digital Twin and Metaverse environments for performance, scalability, and visual fidelity
• Integrate third-party SDKs, plugins, and APIs as required
• Profile, debug, and optimize CPU, GPU, memory, and rendering performance
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
• Stay current with Unreal Engine updates, VR/AR trends, and real-time rendering advancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5)
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Unreal Blueprints
• Solid understanding of real-time rendering, lighting, materials, and shaders
• Proven experience in performance optimization for real-time applications
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Preferred / good-to-have skills

• Experience with Digital Twins, Metaverse, or large-scale 3D environments
• Familiarity with Cesium, geospatial data, or large-world streaming
• Knowledge of multiplayer, networking, or replication systems in Unreal
• Exposure to Unity, Three.js, or WebGL-based 3D pipelines
• Understanding of AI/ML integration or procedural content generation
• Experience with source control systems (Git, Perforce)
