Main Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality web applications with a team of engineers and QA
• Perform full-stack development using Ruby on Rails and React.js
• Work on multiple products with ambiguity
• Find, assess, and fix bugs
• Support existing applications
• Follow development, testing, and deployment processes
• Ensure detailed user stories and reliable estimates
• Seek learning opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with project managers
• Write good code and perform peer reviews
• Suggest improvements to the software

Minimum Qualifications:

• Located in India, willing to work 7:00pm-10:00pm IST, at least three days a week
• 3+ years of development experience
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React.js
• Proficient in front-end and back-end development
• English proficiency (C1+)
• Proactive, ownership-driven, curious, trustworthy
• Skilled with engineering tools for debugging
• Proficient with SQL and data management

Interview Process:

1. 15-30 min screening with Recruitment
2. 1-hour technical interview with an engineer
3. 1-hour final technical interview with senior engineer
4. Additional rounds if needed
