Job summary

Mobily Infotech in Bengaluru, India, seeks a MicroStrategy Administrator to manage MicroStrategy platform components across Linux production environments. You will ensure security, optimize performance, and deploy on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, using Docker and Kubernetes where appropriate.

The role requires strong SQL/Teradata skills, hands-on cloud experience, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. Location is Bengaluru, with on-site work expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in MicroStrategy Administration across platform components (Platform, Intelligence Server, Web, Mobile, Library, Object Manager, Command Manager).
• Security administration for MicroStrategy (user roles, ACLs, authentication mechanisms).
• Experience with performance tuning of MicroStrategy reports and system infrastructure.
• Deploying, managing, and optimizing MicroStrategy on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Administer MicroStrategy in Linux-based production environments (installation, configuration, monitoring, patching).
• Ability to manage projects independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate in a team.
• Understanding of MicroStrategy deployment on cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in administering MicroStrategy in a Linux-based production environment (installation, configuration, monitoring, patching)
• Ability to manage projects independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and work collaboratively in a team.
• Understanding of MicroStrategy deployment on cloud infrastructure
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) in a cloud BI context.

Required Technical Skill Set

Primary Platform: MicroStrategy (Administration)

Operating System: Linux (Red Hat, OKD, OpenShift, or similar)

Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS/MS Azure/ GCP.

Database & SQL: Advanced proficiency in SQL/Teradata SQL/PLSQL.

BI Concepts: Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, reporting, and dashboarding principles.
