Responsibilities

• Lead platform inventory, migration planning, and architecture
• Oversee tenant onboarding, dashboard migration, and validation
• Enable real time insights into performance through platform analytics
• Engage with MicroStrategy vendor and client SMEs for support cases, best practices and support
• Create architecture and migration documentation in ADO/confluence
• Support Dev, Staging, and Production deployments
