Job summary

Cogentix Systems is seeking an experienced Senior SSIS Developer in Pune, India. The role demands hands-on SSIS development, end-to-end solution design, and strong SQL Server/BI integration knowledge.

You will lead SSIS packages, mentor developers, and collaborate with application teams to translate business processes into robust data workflows. Prior Agile exposure is a plus and good communication is essential. Experience with PL/SQL, data warehousing concepts, and APIs is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SSIS experience with at least 3 years in end-to-end solution design using SSIS.
• Experience managing work through developers and providing technical expertise while developing SSIS packages.
• Experience in BI development/Integration or SQL server development; strong SQL Server knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of SSIS solutions end-to-end.
• Mentor and coordinate with developers, providing hands-on SSIS package development.
• Ensure BI/ETL workflows align with SQL Server data warehousing best practices.

Required skills:

• Must have experience in Business Intelligence development/Integration or with SQL server development.
• Should have experience working with PL/SQL procedures and commands.
• Should have strong experience in SQL Server.
• Should have an excellent understanding of MS SQL Server & Data Warehousing architecture.

Should have a good understanding of business processes and functional programming.

• Capable and willing to work single-handedly on implementing SSIS solutions.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with Application teams.

Good to have skills:

• Development experience in Dot Net is a big plus.
• Experience with APIs is a plus.
• Experience in BI is a plus.
• Know-how of working in an agile environment is a plus.
