Job summary

UST in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Identity Management Engineer to support and enhance MIM environments and related integrations. The role focuses on maintaining MIM, building automation, and delivering platform improvements across HR systems, AD, and business apps.

Candidate should have strong hands-on experience with MIM components, PowerShell scripting, and identity lifecycle management. Experience with RBAC, Entra ID, and migration projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
• Experience developing and supporting MIM components (synchronisation service, management agents, metaverse design, attribute flows, workflows, rules extensions).
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience developing and supporting identity integrations, APIs and connectors.
• Experience troubleshooting complex identity platform issues.
