Job summary

VGreen Technology Solutions (VGreenTEK) is seeking a data engineering professional to lead large-scale data processing using Microsoft Fabric, PySpark and Spark SQL. You will design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines with Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture, building curated data models for reporting and analytics.

Familiarity with ERP/HR/Finance integrations is a plus. Responsibilities include governance, metadata management, and CI/CD practices using Git/Azure DevOps, with active collaboration

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components (Lakehouse, OneLake, Fabric Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines and Notebooks).
• Strong PySpark and Spark SQL skills for large-scale data processing and SQL performance optimization.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines with Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Understanding of dimensional data modelling and enterprise data warehouse concepts; exposure to ERP/HR/Finance integrations is a plus.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, metadata management, Git/Azure DevOps and CI/CD deployment; strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Job description

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, OneLake, Fabric Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines and Notebooks.
• Strong proficiency in PySpark and Spark SQL for large-scale data processing, with strong SQL development and performance optimization skills.
• Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines with strong knowledge of Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Strong understanding of dimensional data modelling and enterprise data warehouse concepts, with experience building curated data models for financial and operational reporting; exposure to PeopleSoft, Workday, ERP, HR or Finance integrations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of data quality, reconciliation, governance, metadata management, Git/Azure DevOps and CI/CD deployment, along with strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
