Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Testing Consultant (Mid Level) to diagnose client issues, design innovative testing solutions, and facilitate deployment for digital transformation initiatives in Bengaluru. You will own parts of proposals, contribute to solution design based on your expertise, and plan configuration activities.

You will lead small projects, conduct product demos, and prepare effort estimates that fit client budgets, while collaborating with teams across the consulting

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Dynamics Testing and related packages.
• Understanding of financial processes for various projects and pricing models.
• Ability to assess current processes and suggest technology solutions.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving with collaboration.
• Industry domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As part of Infosys consulting team, diagnose customer issues and design solutions for deployment.
• Develop proposals by owning sections of the document and providing solution design inputs.
• Plan configuration activities, configure the product, run conference room pilots and resolve requirement queries.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, POC workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned to budgets.
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit and organizational initiatives delivering high value.
• Support clients in navigating their digital transformation journey.

Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability. Good knowledge on software configuration management systems. Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends. Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available. Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions. One or two industry domain knowledge. Client Interfacing skills. • You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
