Job summary

GSPANN is seeking a Product Owner for Production & Logistics (Smart Core) with 7+ years in Operations and Supply Chain and deep D365FO experience. You will lead global ERP initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams across regions to deliver value-driven transformations.

The role demands expertise in Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics processes, with a focus on production and supply chain excellence. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain with ERP implementations, with at least 3 years in D365FO in a global enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Operational Master data and processes within Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics.
• Experience with full lifecycle ERP rollouts, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and go-live.
• Experience with Production, Maintenance (EAM), Warehouse, Transportation, and Logistics functional areas with MSD365FO.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 Operation and Supply Chain (MB-330/335) and Core F&O (MB-300) preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience in a matrixed global organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira and MS Teams for project collaboration.
• Proven skills in developing impactful presentations to drive alignment.
