Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate requirements into functional specs.
• Configure and support Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management modules.
• Provide expertise in Service Management processes (preferred).
• Conduct workshops, UAT sessions, and user training programs.
• Lead project teams and ensure delivery within timelines.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting needs.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
